Addiction Recovery: Ongoing Support for Sustainable Change
Sobriety requires daily practice. I work with individuals who have completed inpatient or outpatient programs—or are involved in AA or other 12-step paths—who want to go deeper in their recovery journey.
This isn’t a replacement—it’s complementary support to reinforce relapse prevention, strengthen emotional tools, and create a recovery life you can sustain. Using mindfulness-based and trauma-informed strategies, we focus on awareness, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience.

Therapy for teens offers support through the stress of identity formation, school pressure, family conflict, and emotional overwhelm. I provide a calm, relational space where teens can express themselves freely, and where parents receive guidance to strengthen connection, boundaries, and mutual understanding.
