With over fifteen years of experience as a mental health therapist, I support adults and teens ages 15–18 navigating anxiety, anger, grief, and disconnection. My work is not about pathologizing, but about honoring your inherent capacity for clarity, resilience, and change.
My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed therapy with honest, present-centered conversation. I often work with people who are motivated for growth yet feel stuck trying to do it on their own.
How I Work
Healing begins with awareness and responsibility for how we respond to life. Many of us adapt through roles, relationships, or self-protection strategies that once offered safety but now quietly pull us away from who we are.
Therapy offers space to slow down, reconnect with your center, and move forward with greater clarity and choice. While my work is informed by contemplative and somatic traditions, I don’t represent a specific religion or ideology. I meet people as they are and work alongside them as a fellow human on a path of growth.
