About Me
Therapy isn’t just about feeling better—it’s about becoming better. And that means unlearning the beliefs and habits that keep you stuck. Growth requires stepping beyond comfort, questioning old patterns, and building new ways of responding to life. That process isn’t always easy, but it’s where real change happens. My role is to guide you through it—challenging you when needed, supporting you always.
I don’t dwell on diagnostic labels or focus on what medications you’re taking. What matters more is how you’re living—how you manage stress, take care of yourself, and respond to challenges. The real question isn’t “What’s wrong with me?” but “What can I do differently?”
Our world is overwhelming, and many people have lost the ability to tolerate discomfort. Resilience isn’t about avoiding stress—it’s about learning to meet it without shutting down, lashing out, or numbing yourself. Therapy helps you build that resilience, step out of survival mode, and engage with life in a more intentional way.
I work with individuals, teens, couples, families, veterans, and first responders. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, or relationship struggles, I’ll help you move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered.
What to Expect
Therapy with me is active—you won’t just vent; you’ll gain tools to change how you think, react, and handle stress. Some sessions will challenge you, others will bring relief, but all will help you build confidence and flexibility to move forward in a way that lasts.
If you're ready to explore a new way of handling life’s challenges—one that fosters growth, resilience, and real change—let’s connect.
