Getting Ready for Your First Session at Still Flowing Wellness
At Still Flowing Wellness, we want your first session to be smooth and stress-free. Here’s what to expect:
Your Appointment
Once you schedule, you’ll receive a welcome email with: A secure link to upload your insurance and payment details. Digital consent forms to review and sign. Instructions for accessing your client portal to manage appointments and forms.
For Telehealth Sessions
- Download the SimplePractice App (Apple | Android).
- Test Your Setup: Open the app 5–10 minutes early to check your camera, mic, and internet.
- Find a Quiet Space: Choose a private, comfortable area for your session.
