To support this, we use SimplePractice, a trusted client management platform that makes scheduling, payments, and communication simple and accessible, whether you’re using a desktop or mobile device.

Getting Ready for Your First Session at Still Flowing Wellness

At Still Flowing Wellness, we want your first session to be smooth and stress-free. Here’s what to expect:

Your Appointment

Once you schedule, you’ll receive a welcome email with:  A secure link to upload your insurance and payment details.  Digital consent forms to review and sign.  Instructions for accessing your client portal to manage appointments and forms.

For Telehealth Sessions

  • Download the SimplePractice App (Apple | Android).
  • Test Your Setup: Open the app 5–10 minutes early to check your camera, mic, and internet.
  • Find a Quiet Space: Choose a private, comfortable area for your session.

For In-Person Visits

  • Parking: Available in the back alley; enter through the rear door.
  • Check-In: Wait in the lobby, and Jason will call you up when ready.

Stay Connected

  • Appointment Reminders: Get automatic email or text alerts.
  • Secure Messaging: Use the client portal for non-urgent questions.

How to Request an Appointment Online

Requesting an appointment is easy and can be done from any device:

  1. Log in to your client portal using the link provided in your welcome email.
  2. Navigate to the Appointments section.
  3. Select your preferred date and time, and submit your request.

Streamlined Payments and Insurance Processing

  • Payments & Insurance

    • Payments: Securely store your credit card in SimplePractice for automatic payments.
    • Insurance: We handle in-network claims and provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
